Job Description

Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job for a School District in Washington.

Sunbelt Staffing is working with a school district near Dupont, Washington to locate a full-time, Licensed Practical Nurse for this academic school year.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have an LPN License in Washington State
  • Experience with feeding tubes and seizure care is preferred
  • Pediatric or school experience is preferred
  • Ability to handle the medical needs of a high-risk student

Job Details:

  • Provide 1:1 care for a preschool-age student with complex medical needs
  • Administer feedings via a feeding pump and perform venting as needed
  • Monitor airway and provide management to prevent aspiration
  • Provide seizure care and act quickly in emergencies
  • Support students medical needs, including use of an airway clearance device
  • Maintain communication with school staff and parents to ensure coordinated care
