Inspire and guide young minds as a General Education Teacher serving elementary students in a vibrant school setting near Keene, NH. This contract role offers the exciting opportunity to shape the academic journeys of learners at crucial stages in their education. With multiple openings in 3rd, 4th, K-1st, and 2nd grades, you'll help foster curiosity and critical thinking in math, science, social studies, and ELA.
Enjoy a rewarding schedule, working approximately 7.25 hours each day from around 8:20 am to 3:45 pm. Health, vision, dental, and 401k options are available, supporting your overall well-being while you make meaningful connections in the classroom.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid K-3 or K-5 teaching certification required
- Experience teaching general education to elementary students
- Skilled in creating engaging lessons in math, science, social studies, and English/Language Arts
- Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms and differentiate instruction
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic instruction to students in either K-1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grades, depending on your assignment
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom community
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Assess student progress and communicate results with stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and support student success
