Sunbelt Staffing, in partnership with VocoVision, is seeking a passionate and skilled Spanish Teacher to join our team remotely. This position focuses on providing engaging and effective instruction to K-12 students in Wisconsin. As a Spanish Teacher, you will have the opportunity to foster language acquisition and cultural understanding through our innovative online teaching platform.

Job Details:

• Position: Spanish Teacher
• Location: Remote (Wisconsin)
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
• Duration: Full-time, Long-term
• Reporting To: Language Department Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual Spanish instruction to K-12 students in Wisconsin, adapting lessons to different learning levels and abilities.
• Design engaging and culturally relevant lesson plans that align with state standards and curriculum requirements.
• Foster a supportive online classroom environment that encourages active participation and language practice.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting instructional strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure the best possible learning experience for students.
• Utilize a variety of online tools and resources to create dynamic and interactive lessons.
• Maintain open communication with students, parents, and school staff to support student success and address any concerns.
• Participate in virtual meetings and professional development to stay current on best practices in language instruction and online education.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Possess a valid Wisconsin teaching certification in Spanish or Foreign Language instruction.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching Spanish to K-12 students, with a proven ability to adapt to various learning levels.
• Proficiency in using online education platforms and technology for instruction.
• Strong communication skills for effective virtual teaching and collaboration.
• Passion for fostering cultural awareness and language skills in students.
• Organizational skills to manage a virtual classroom and provide timely feedback and assessments.
• Self-motivated and capable of creating an engaging virtual learning environment.
• Reliable home office setup and internet connection suitable for online teaching.
