Bring your passion for early childhood education to a dynamic contract position as an MCL Teacher working with K-2nd grade students. Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (IL PEL) required
• Prior experience or strong interest in working as a General Education Teacher at the elementary level
• Ability to effectively manage classrooms and differentiate instruction for young learners
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lessons tailored to K-2 curriculum standards
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
