A K-12 educational institution in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a skilled Educational Diagnostician for a full academic year contract. This role is essential in supporting student success by providing comprehensive assessments and collaborating with educators to tailor instructional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations for students requiring special education services, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments
• Interpret assessment data to develop detailed reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to design Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and adjust recommendations as needed
• Serve as a resource and provide guidance on learning disabilities and intervention strategies
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws and regulations

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification/license as required by the state of New Mexico
