What you need to succeed:
- Valid Texas Counselor certification/credentials
- Experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Strong ability to communicate and build rapport with students, families, and faculty
- Compassion, adaptability, and a keen understanding of students diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in implementing individual and group counseling modalities
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
