An opportunity exists for a dedicated professional to work in a full-time capacity within a K-12 educational setting in Mar Lin, PA. This position is focused on supporting students with mild to moderate needs, ensuring that each child receives the therapeutic services necessary for their development and educational success. This is a year-round role, providing continuity of care to students throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Familiarity with mild to moderate disabilities and appropriate treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to students

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans as directed by a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct support to students, facilitating therapeutic activities that promote motor skills and daily living skills
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to each students needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapeutic activities
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required
