A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the Meadowood Program serving K-8 students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities at a K-12 school in Wilmington, DE. This contract role runs from ASAP through June 12, 2026, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, requiring on-site work.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify triggers and design effective strategies
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes
• Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Providing training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and district policies

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Delaware state licensure, with school experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with children with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time through the contract duration
