An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional skilled in Behavior Analysis to contribute to educational settings in Watersmeet, MI. Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding special education and behavioral practices

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to implement and monitor BIPs

  • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
