Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral analysis techniques and methodologies
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Prior experience in a school or therapeutic setting is preferred

Location:
Tinley Park, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavioral strategies
  • Provide training and support to paraprofessionals and other team members on effective behavior management techniques
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
  • Engage with students and staff to promote a positive and inclusive school environment
