Job Description

In a supportive educational environment, professionals will provide essential behavioral analysis services to elementary students. This role focuses on fostering positive behavioral changes and enhancing the overall learning experience for children.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) license
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers and staff
  • Proficient in developing and implementing behavior support plans
  • Excellent communication and training skills in positive behavior strategies

Location: Springfield, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Act as expert advisors to educators and staff on student behavior challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers to assess student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and resources on positive behavior strategies to staff
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of behavior support plans and make necessary adjustments
  • Engage with parents and guardians to support student behavioral goals
