A part-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision services within a K-12 school setting in Shreveport, LA. The role focuses on supervisory oversight, supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with their professional development and assessment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide BCBA supervision totaling 2 hours per week (approximately 8 hours per month).
- Assist RBTs with completion of their renewal competency assessments.
- Ensure compliance with behavior analysis standards and state regulations.
- Maintain clear documentation related to supervision and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential is required.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
- Experience working within K-12 educational environments preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage caseload supervision.
Location:
This position will primarily service a school district near Shreveport, Louisiana, with work conducted on-site during the contracted school year (CSY).
Contract Duration:
Immediate start through May 19, 2026.
Benefits and Compensation:
This is a contract position with part-time hours. A performance-related bonus will be provided in addition to the standard contractual compensation.
