Job Description

A school-based position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) specializing in supporting elementary-aged students. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide focused behavioral interventions within an elementary school setting in Salem, NH.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged children.
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Ability to implement behavior plans under supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators and families.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Location:

  • Elementary school environment located in Salem, NH.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students.
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior changes.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, behavior specialists, and other school staff.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on student needs.
  • Support student engagement and social-emotional development.

Position Details:

  • Contracted through a staffing agency.
  • Contract Continuous School Year (CSY) position.
  • Approximately 32.5 hours per week.
