Job Description

Make an impact supporting students as a full-time Behavior Analyst in a vibrant educational setting near Princeton, MN. This contract position offers the chance to collaborate with students and staff across elementary, middle, and high school levels, using your expertise to foster positive outcomes both academically and socially.

Required Background & Experience:

  • Valid certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of behavioral interventions for K-12 populations
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with staff, students, and families
  • Background working with multi-disciplinary education teams is desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create evidence-based intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to deliver professional development on behavioral strategies
  • Provide direct support and coaching to staff in the implementation of interventions
  • Monitor and analyze behavior data to ensure effectiveness of plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with related service providers
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and interventions
