Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Special Education Teacher or Behavior Specialist

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to model and train educators and staff on behavioral interventions
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with educators to ensure effective classroom management strategies
