An educational organization in the Newark, NJ area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a part-time contract basis for the current school year. This role involves providing specialized behavior support within an elementary school setting, working with students who have mild to moderate disabilities.
Responsibilities include managing an elementary caseload focused on grades 1 through 4. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and monitor student progress. There is potential to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring effective treatment delivery and adherence to protocols.
