A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in grades K-8 within a specialized program focused on moderate to severe cognitive abilities. This role is based on-site in Wilmington, Delaware, and runs through June 12, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavior management techniques
Qualifications:
- Current Delaware licensure is required; school experience preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Experience working with students exhibiting moderate to severe cognitive challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
- Ability to maintain a positive, solution-focused approach when addressing behavioral issues
Location & Schedule:
- On-site role based in Wilmington, Delaware
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
- Hours: 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM
