A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in grades K-8 within a specialized program focused on moderate to severe cognitive abilities. This role is based on-site in Wilmington, Delaware, and runs through June 12, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavior management techniques

Qualifications:

• Current Delaware licensure is required; school experience preferred
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Experience working with students exhibiting moderate to severe cognitive challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
• Ability to maintain a positive, solution-focused approach when addressing behavioral issues

Location & Schedule:

• On-site role based in Wilmington, Delaware
• Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
• Hours: 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM
