Job Description

A school-based Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials is needed for an elementary setting in Newark, DE. This contract role is for the full school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students behavioral needs.
Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Provide training and coaching to school personnel on behavior management techniques.

Desired Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
Experience working in elementary school settings preferred.
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and intervention strategies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Location: Newark, Delaware

Duration: Full school year contract
