Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated professional skilled in behavioral analysis within an elementary school setting. This part-time position, spanning 25 hours per week, focuses on serving students with mild to moderate disabilities in grades 1-4.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is a plus
  • Knowledge of current best practices in applied behavior analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective implementation of strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other support staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
