This full-time contract position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with students in grades K-8 within a specialized Meadowood program serving students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities. The role is based onsite in New Castle, DE, in a K-12 school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware licensure, with prior school experience preferred
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities
• Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize positive outcomes
• Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with educational standards

Location:

• New Castle, Delaware (onsite position)
