This full-time contract position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with students in grades K-8 within a specialized Meadowood program serving students with moderate to severe cognitive disabilities. The role is based onsite in New Castle, DE, in a K-12 school setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Delaware licensure, with prior school experience preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize positive outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with educational standards
Location:
- New Castle, Delaware (onsite position)
