Full-Time Behavior Specialist Role Available in Connecticut.

Sunbelt Staffing is workingwith a school district near New Canaan, Connecticutto seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).This is an exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about fostering positive behavioral changes in students.

Minimum Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification
CT LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) credential required
Experience in a school setting preferred

Job Duties:

Conduct thorough FBAs and implement data-driven behavior plans (BIPs).
Provide training and professional development for staff in effective behavior management strategies.
Work closely with students to provide intervention and support tailored to their unique needs.
Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed for long-term success.
