This position offers an opportunity to support K-12 students as a Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials in a school setting. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention strategies and supporting students within special education classrooms.

Duration:
- Contract position for the current school year (CSY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student behavior goals
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust plans as needed
- Provide training and coaching to staff on behavior management techniques
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings, preferably within special education
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Reliable documentation of certifications and relevant credentials
