A part-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervisory support in a K-12 school setting in Minden, LA. This contract position spans the current school year through May 19, 2026, focusing primarily on overseeing behavior intervention services and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance for RBTs, dedicating approximately 2 hours per week (8 hours monthly).
- Assist RBTs with completing renewal competency assessments to maintain certification.
- Ensure adherence to behavior intervention plans and best practices within the school environment.
- Maintain compliance with licensure requirements and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Experience working with K-12 student populations.
- Ability to support and mentor RBTs effectively in their clinical responsibilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Location:
- Minden, Louisiana (serving K-12 school settings).
This position offers the flexibility of part-time hours and the opportunity to contribute directly to the behavioral support services in an educational environment. Additionally, the supervising BCBA will receive a bonus as part of the compensation package.
