Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students.

• Support students in developing functional skills and positive behavior patterns.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and program outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts BCBA certification.
• Experience working with K-8 students, particularly in school settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis and education.
