A K-12 school in Lititz, PA is seeking a qualified Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs. This contract position is for the current school year, offering a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on student assessments
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data collection to monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success
• Provide direct behavioral services and coaching to students as needed
• Train and support school personnel on behavior management strategies
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and school policies related to behavioral supports

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Certification as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working within K-12 educational environments preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
