Job Description

A K-12 school in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification to support student behavioral needs throughout the current school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to implement behavior interventions and collaborate with educators to promote positive student outcomes in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors
  • Develop, monitor, and modify behavior intervention plans based on data-driven analysis
  • Provide direct behavior support services to students across K-12 grade levels

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
