Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with special needs
• Strong understanding of behavioral therapies and techniques
• Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
