Job Description

An opportunity exists for a dedicated professional with expertise in behavioral analysis to make a meaningful impact within an educational setting. This contract position is based in Harwich, MA, serving students in a K-12 school environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement effective strategies that promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to school personnel on best practices in applied behavior analysis.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring continued development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
