Job Description

This position offers an opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within an elementary school setting, providing specialized behavioral support across two school sites with occasional consultation at a middle school. The role is based onsite in Glendale Heights, IL, with a contract extending from ASAP through May 22, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to elementary-level students
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and data analysis to inform interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support positive student outcomes
  • Provide occasional consultative support and training at the middle school
  • Maintain compliance with district policies and state regulations regarding behavior management

Qualifications and Experience:

  • National BCBA certification required
  • Illinois Behavior Analyst License mandatory
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged children in a school environment
  • Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Location: Glendale Heights, Illinois
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Contract position through May 2026
