Located in Edison, NJ, this role involves a contract duration for the school year, requiring a commitment of 25 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with special needs
  • Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) is a plus
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in behavior analysis
