Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active Ohio BCBA License
  • Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
  • Experience with data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop appropriate behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement and monitor BIPs
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and effective practices
  • Maintain records of student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student outcomes and coordinate care
