Job Description

An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional with expertise in behavioral analysis within an educational setting. This contract position is based in Cleveland, OH, and extends until June 1st, focusing on providing essential support to students aged 5-14 across five schools.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio BCBA License
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Ability to develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Samegoal or similar documentation platforms
  • Commitment to student success and well-being

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive FBAs and create corresponding BIPs for students.
  • Upload completed assessments and plans into Samegoal.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to discuss FBA results and BIP strategies.
  • Facilitate meetings regarding FBAs and BIPs for non-identified students as needed.
  • Participate in IEP team meetings and ETR meetings, providing insights and support.

Location: Cleveland, OH, with easy access to neighboring cities including Parma, Lakewood, and Beachwood.
