Job Description

Engage in a vital role supporting elementary students by providing expert behavioral analysis and interventions in an elementary school setting in Chicago, IL. This contract assignment offers the opportunity to work directly on-site across two school locations with occasional consultations at the middle school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for elementary students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and adjustments to intervention strategies.
  • Provide occasional consultative services at the associated middle school.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • National BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
  • Illinois Behavior Analyst License required.
  • Experience working with elementary grade levels preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage caseload effectively across multiple sites.

  • Position Type: Contract (Contract School Year)
  • Duration: ASAP through 5/22/26
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL area
  • Caseload: Elementary grades across 2 school sites with some middle school consultation
