An opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a middle school setting located near Chicago, IL. This part-time position involves working three days a week, focusing on enhancing student outcomes through the application of behavior analysis techniques within the school environment.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children, particularly in educational settings
  • Strong knowledge of behavior modification techniques and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and support to school staff on the implementation of behavioral strategies
