Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid Massachusetts Psychologist License
  • Experience working with elementary students, particularly with 3 to 6-year-olds
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of inclusive practices and behavioral interventions

Location: Cambridge, MA (Elementary School Setting)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective strategies
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral techniques and best practices
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided
