Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active MA Psychologist License
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred
  • Experience working with preschool and kindergarten-aged students
  • Strong understanding of diverse educational needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Location:
Boston, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments and interventions for students aged 3 to 6 years
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Offer support and guidance to students, fostering their social and emotional development
  • Conduct observations and gather data to inform therapeutic strategies
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to enhance student learning and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions

This position runs full-time, approximately 35 hours a week, with a schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, and extends from ASAP to June.
