Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to support student success by providing expertise in behavioral interventions within a K-12 school setting. The role focuses on implementing strategies that promote positive behaviors and enhance the learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to develop individualized behavior plans aligned with students' needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement and monitor behavior interventions.
  • Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Support compliance with educational standards and individual education plans (IEPs).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Behavior Specialist and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational settings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and development of effective behavior plans.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
