Make a meaningful impact by providing expert guidance as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a flexible, part-time contract role. This rewarding position is designed for a skilled BCBA who excels in collaboration and mentorship, working exclusively in a supervisory capacity alongside dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position runs from as soon as possible through May 19, 2026, offering stability and consistency across the assignment.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Valid Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LA LBA) license is mandatory
- Previous experience with clinical supervision and supporting RBTs preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to guide RBTs through renewal competency assessments and provide constructive feedback
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision for RBTs, focusing on competency assessments and ongoing support
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure adherence to best ABA practices
- Deliver a minimum of 2 hours of supervision per week (8 hours per month)
- Monitor RBT progress, offering mentorship and facilitating professional development
- Maintain clear documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Communicate regularly with team members regarding progress and objectives
