Job Description

This rewarding position is designed for a skilled BCBA who excels in collaboration and mentorship, working exclusively in a supervisory capacity alongside dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position runs from as soon as possible through May 19, 2026, offering stability and consistency across the assignment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Valid Louisiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LA LBA) license is mandatory
  • Previous experience with clinical supervision and supporting RBTs preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to guide RBTs through renewal competency assessments and provide constructive feedback

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision for RBTs, focusing on competency assessments and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure adherence to best ABA practices
  • Deliver a minimum of 2 hours of supervision per week (8 hours per month)
  • Monitor RBT progress, offering mentorship and facilitating professional development
  • Maintain clear documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Communicate regularly with team members regarding progress and objectives
