Job Description

A contract position is available for a dedicated professional specializing in behavioral analysis within an educational setting. This role is crucial in providing tailored support to students in a therapeutic day school environment, addressing the diverse needs of learners aged 3 to 22.

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in therapeutic or special education settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of behavioral interventions and techniques
  • Previous experience supervising paraprofessionals or registered behavior technicians is a plus
