Job Description

Seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Anoka, MN. This contract position spans the current school year, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development and behavioral success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to implement and monitor behavior strategies
  • Provide training and support to educational teams on behavior management techniques
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with district policies and IDEA regulations

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
