Job Description
A behavior analyst with a BCBA license is sought for a full-time contract position supporting elementary students in a school setting. This role involves working Monday through Friday with a caseload of K-5 students in need of behavioral intervention and support.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5)
- Strong skills in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis
- Effective collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Location:
- Marlborough, MA
Responsibilities include:
- Providing behavior analytic services to an elementary caseload consisting of students from kindergarten through 5th grade
- Conducting assessments to identify behavioral challenges and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Monitoring student progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust interventions
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes and support inclusion in the classroom
- Offering training and guidance to school staff to build capacity in behavior management techniques
