Job Description

This part-time BCBA position offers an opportunity to work itinerantly within a K-12 school setting, managing a caseload across grades. Located in the Worcester, MA area, the role is contracted for the current school year.

Key responsibilities include providing board-certified behavior analysis services to students, conducting assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with school staff and families to support positive outcomes. The position requires managing a diverse caseload and adapting services to meet individual student needs throughout the school year.

Qualifications and desired experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
  • Ability to manage an itinerant caseload effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with school teams and families
