In this full-time, onsite role, youll oversee multiple K-12 school sites, offering district-wide support to staff and students. With no personal caseload, youll focus your expertise on completing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising two RBTs, directly influencing the quality of behavioral and autism programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado BCBA License
  • CDE credential (must have prior to start)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • District-wide support across K-12 sites (onsite presence required)
  • Consult and collaborate with building staff in behavior and autism programs
  • Complete FBAs and BIPs as needed
  • Supervise and mentor two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Contribute to professional development for school staff
