Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania BCBA licensure
  • Professional experience in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Location: West Chester, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate behavioral supports in the classroom.
  • Provide training and support to staff on effective behavior management strategies.
  • Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to BIPs as necessary.
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state regulations.
