You will collaborate closely with school staff, families, and administration to implement and oversee effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies that foster student growth and achievement across all grade levels. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping behavior intervention programs and supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Proven experience working as a BCBA in a school setting, preferably across PreK-12th grade
  • Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and support a team of ABA professionals
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deep understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices in educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Lead BCBA, providing expertise and guidance in assessment, program development, and intervention for students exhibiting behavioral challenges
  • Supervise, mentor, and support other ABA professionals and paraprofessionals
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to drive decision making
  • Provide ongoing training for faculty and staff on ABA strategies and positive behavior supports
  • Collaborate in IEP meetings and help set achievable goals for students
