A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support high school students in a district-wide capacity in Escondido, CA. This contract position is designed for a skilled professional passionate about making a meaningful impact on students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for approximately 20-30 high school students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes and academic success.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with district guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Current BCBA National Certification is essential.
- Experience working with high school-aged students within educational settings is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Escondido, CA.
- Hours: 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Contract role supporting district-wide students.
