A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support high school students in a district-wide capacity in Escondido, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for approximately 20-30 high school students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes and academic success.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with district guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Current BCBA National Certification is essential.
• Experience working with high school-aged students within educational settings is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:

• Location: Escondido, CA.
• Hours: 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
