• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Demonstrated experience developing, overseeing, and adjusting behavior intervention plans in school settings.

• Ability to provide training and support to educators and aides regarding behavior intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral goals within IEPs.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Provide direct and consultative support to educators for classroom management and behavioral approaches.
• Deliver staff training on ABA principles and strategies to foster positive learning environments.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to families, ensuring ongoing partnership in student support.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulations and best practices.
