Job Description

This full-time BCBA opportunity offers the chance to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Tracy, CA. The position is onsite and available immediately, extending through May 29, 2026. This contract role provides meaningful work within a K-12 caseload, allowing for the application of expertise in behavioral analysis to positively impact student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement individualized behavior interventions and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to school personnel regarding behavior management strategies.
  • Utilize data collection and analysis to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Current California license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations in school environments.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work onsite full time throughout the contract period.
