A part-time BCBA opportunity is available to provide virtual supervision for a school setting in Lincoln, RI. This contract role requires a licensed BCBA with a current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential. Supervision duties will consist of 2 hours per week, totaling 8 hours per month, supporting behavioral services through ongoing remote oversight.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical supervision to staff remotely
- Ensuring compliance with behavioral intervention plans and protocols
- Monitoring progress and offering guidance on cases as needed
- Collaborating with educational teams to promote best practices in behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Active Rhode Island LBA license required
- Experience in school-based behavior analysis preferred
- Ability to commit to approximately 8 hours per month of virtual supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills for remote support

This contract assignment is available immediately and will continue through August 6, 2026, including Extended School Year (ESY) services. The position offers a bonus paid from margin funds as part of the compensation package.
