Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday Friday, School Hours

This full-time opportunity allows you to work closely with students, educators, and families to implement meaningful behavior strategies that promote success both in and out of the classroom.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design effective, individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide hands-on training and ongoing support to school staff and families
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to IEP meetings
Monitor progress and adjust plans to ensure positive student outcomes
Active BCBA certification
Experience in educational or clinical settings with children/adolescents
Strong grasp of behavior analysis principles and a passion for making a difference
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
